Dr. Person was the worst dentist I have ever been to in my life! I needed an extraction. When she numbed my jaw, she was not gentle...she was very fast and pushed hard...even though I grumbled 3x that it was hurting—-she kept going!!! Then the assistant sat me up for about 8 minutes to let me numb up. And Dr. Person came in, and she asked if I was feeling numb. I answered...Yes. So, Dr. Person asks her assistant for the tools...an all metal screwdriver!! Dr. Person began to pry the crown off of my molar and she said..”Now be careful...when I pop this crown off of here, I don’t want you to swallow it!” I thought...well that’s just great! The screwdriver wasn’t working so she had to use metal pliers! And I was feeling pain—-So...I was raising my left hand...and Dr. Person said...”What’s wrong? You should only be feeling pressure...not pain. And I said...No...I reached up and felt of my face...I had a huge lump under my jaw. She could not get me numb. So, I made her stop.
