No receptionist ever answers phone, only voicemail. Extremely rude encounters with front office staff (made my daughter cry) and Dr. Claiborne on phone (when he called me, my boss could hear our conversation including everything he said and after the call she asked who was on the phone and made the comment that she would tell everyone not to go to this office) Staff person named Julie was very kind and we love our hygienists. Too bad their customer service has gone downhill so poorly over the last few years.

Dr. Claiborne has an amazing staff. They are friendly, compassionate and totally professional. In addition to being a good dentist, he must be excellent at picking employees, training them and keeping them.

Wants to do anything he can for money. Only will do the most expensive treatment without giving any other options. Thinks more of himself the he should. Treats his staff awful.
