I’ve had an awesome experience with this practice! The staff has always been super professional and welcoming, and I truly appreciate that they take the time to do things right. During my initial exam, I spent quality time sitting down with Dr. Dickerson to talk through my entire health journey and current challenges (I had severe TMJ). They took updated images and gave me a full breakdown of my current oral health while outlining potential options for treatment. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me feel empowered to do what felt right to me. It was a breath of fresh air to be treated like an actual patient vs. a number. If you’re looking for quality care from a team who knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend Dr. Dickerson!

I am currently pregnant and have recent x-rays done within the last two years by our current provider. This practice apparently requires new x-rays for new patients regardless of pregnancy status or seemingly recency of existing x-rays. This is not something we're comfortable with as a family, especially given that there have been no known changes to dental health, nor any concerns outside of wanting to stay up on our cleanings. Overall, it was a strange and unprofessional interaction, and one that felt surprising from a presumably holistic practice.

She was rude to me she didnt had a solution for my problem she said the only solution was to take my tooth out thats all
