Dr Briggs was very easy to talk to and eager to make any adjustments necessary to make sure I was happy .

I searched the web for a dentist who graduated from a known dental school. I was very pleased with Dr. Briggs education and background. Not having been to the dentist in over 15 years and knowing that a storefront who accepts WelCare is not always the best option. I did call his office to make an appointment and to my surprise, I was seen within 3 days. I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile and the assurance that Dr. Briggs was great with his patients. I asked if I may meet the doctor and speak to him prior to actually being treated. Yes, Dr. Briggs came out and brought me into the office. We discussed my insurance needs and my treatment. He explained the process, told me exactly what the cost would be and how long it would take. I started the following day he was excellent caring and extremely gentle. After I had an extraction, Dr Briggs called me that evening to see how I was doing.
