Dr. Shawn Faust, DDS

Teeth were decent initially so he told me the aligners would only take 7 weeks and the dots that are applied to the teeth for the aligners would be unnoticeable (& there would be before/after xrays). After ordering, I was receiving my aligners and having the dots applied at which time he SUBTLY told me the dots would get changed for the next set of aligners after these 7-week aligners were done? I questioned?! He said yeah, you’ll get reassessed for 3-4 more weeks of aligners after these (NOT what I was told initially). Also the dots were huge/visible -people always stared at them. After the 7 week aligners he said- yeah you’ll need another 7 week set like we were saying last time.. NOW its a 7 week set!? Furthering the gaslighting. When finally removing all the dots he/his assistants put 3 rivets right in a row on my bottom teeth, then claimed they were already there (LIE), SUBTLY made an excuse not to do a final xray? Teeth barely better! My Oral hygienist questioned the alignment.

We have used Dr. Faust for 3 of our 4 children and have been very happy with the outcome for each one. The practice is client-centered and very conveniently offers pick-up and drop off services from the middle school for school-hour appointments. We received a video summary of the visits we was unable to be present for. We recommend this practice.

Faust Orthodontics as a whole is like a family. The staff is warm, welcoming and very friendly. My daughter was nervous the first couple of visits but then was actually excited to go to appointments. The professionalism and courteousness of each member of the staff was refreshing to see. I will definitely be bringing my other children to their office.

Dr Faust and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and do a great job promoting a top notch atmosphere for patients and their families. This practice came highly recommended and I can absolutely see why. We will be looking at 2 more rounds of orthodontics in the future for my younger children and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!
