The only way you get to actually see the doctor is when you’re initially signed on or if you have a fat bank account. I wanted to do bite therapy in order to keep my own teeth. I never saw the doctor until I demanded it when the orthotic was stuck in my mouth and the tech still wanted to drill on it to shave it down. It also wasn’t explained to me that I would develop a lisp. When the orthotic broke and I contacted them, I got no follow up until I contacted them a second time. Essentially I’ve paid $6500 for nothing.

The cost of this clinic's work is not worth the services. You can find just as quality work for a fraction of the price without being upsold and overcharged. There is poor communication in the office, poor service once you have paid, and a lack of respect shown to people who are educated and researched on their needs and ask too many questions. On a positive note, the work I did get done was quality, and the staff was friendly. But you won't get the attention you deserve from the dentist, especially for the price being paid.

BEWARE! Dr. Shawn Keller left a broken drill bit piece in my jaw, then sent me to a "dental school" to have it removed, where I suffered more injuries. On top of that, an examination at a reputable hospital showed that implants Keller installed were too close to my nerves. I am living in great pain and suffering. Keller refused to refund my money for the failed implant procedure,. nor reimbursed me for my damages.

BEWARE! Dr. Keller is a general dentist that falsely advertises himself as an implant/cosmetic specialist. This Las Vegas Institute is complete garbage. These guys fly to Vegas, stay in nice hotels, sleep/golf through a few hours of presentations given by people who ALSO have no idea what they're talking about, then fly home to hang fake diplomas in their office waiting rooms. If you're in need of true specialist, find one and see them instead. Heads UP! This guy overpriced and underqualified

They are extremely in it for the money. They billed me for a year worth of services upfront on my credit card. I was told that was standard for medical, now I know NEVER let them bill except for the appointment at the time. No one knows what they are doing, was told they were in Network and found out after billing me that they are not. Was told so many incorrect things from this office. Still trying to get money back from them after becoming ill and couldn't continue.

I went for TMD pain, and the orthotic I wear at night has completely cured my headaches. Couldn't be happier...well if it were free I'd be happier, but pretty happy :)

I've always had a issue with finding a hygienist that isn't too rough and can make my treatment as relaxing as possible, I wasn't expecting to find a forever dentist when I bought my groupon but after seeing all of the latest technology and having Betsy clean my teeth with such care I'll never change I recommend this office to anyone !
