Dr. Shelby Smith, DDS

Recently moved back to the area, with my cousin recommending Dr. Shelby’s office. Today was my first visit with my eldest, but my hubby went on the first visit and appreciated their thoroughness.The office is gorgeous, and all of the staff have been extremely down to earth, and answered all of my questions, (and I tend to ask lots of questions lol)My kids love the office and look forward to going back!

My kids and I love everything about going to Dr. Shelby. Everyone is friendly and they are always super efficient. My 6 year old loves coming to the dentist thanks to Dr. Shelby and the staff!

She’s honest, excellent at coordinating treatments, and knows how to keep younger patients calm before and during a procedure. Remarkable team and she loves what she does and cares about her patients. Excellent customer service and love how she communicates treatment plans when there’s a complication.

Dr Shelby and her entire staff are amazing. The most kid friendly environment and make it so easy for your kids to love the dentist. Special needs friendly and I honestly just cant say enough good things!

I was a patient of Dr. Shelby until I turned 18. I'm 37 and discovered earlier of this year that she recently reopened her practice. I was relieved as I wanted to make sure my kiddo has a positive experience with the dentist as I didn't (prior to being Dr. Shelby's patient). She welcomed us and guided me through the process as I brought my then 1 year old to her first visit. I highly recommend this place as their whole team is filled with love, patience and compassion. I will forever take my kids here while Dr. Shelby is still open. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

We had our sons first visit yesterday and Dr. Shelby and her staff were amazing! The staff was very welcoming as we walked in. My son loved the fish tank and books that were in the lobby. We were brought back to Dr. Shelby’s office where she built a rapport with my son she talked with me while playing cars with him and I loved that. We were then taken back for his exam and it was just overall just a great experience! Highly recommend!

My son has been going here since he was 4 years old. He is now almost 14 and getting his braces put on. Dr.Shelby Smith and her entire staff are wonderful. We have never had a bad experience. I highly them recommend this office.

Dr Shelby & her team are amazing! Excellent communication, excellent patient care! I’ve been in dentistry for over 20 years and moved to this area in 2018 & haven’t had the best of luck finding a team like Dr Shelby’s until now, and couldn’t be happier for our family! DR Shelby was absolutely awesome!!! She took her time and explained everything to me and was great with my kiddos!! Her staff was awesome as well, very nice folks and my kids loved it. We will definitely be going back and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with kids.

Everyone was so friendly and put myself and my 4yo at ease. Quick and efficient and did an amazing job with health and safety!

Just went to another 6 month check up with our 4 year old and 2 year old. We had another amazing experience, as we always do. Our 4 year old jumped out of bed this morning so excited because he knew he was going to the dentist. Literally couldn’t ask for anything better than that!

I was referred to Dr. Shelby by a few people and I am happy we decided to go to her office. My son is a highly functioning 3 year old ?? So I was extremely worried about how he would do on his first visit, but Dr. Shelby instantly put me at ease. I was particularly pleased with the steps that she and her staff are making for Covid screening. They were all so welcoming and made me and my son feel comfortable. We have already booked our next few appointments ?? I would highly recommend Dr. Shelby to anyone.

My son is high functioning autistic (6) and Dr Smith made it a point to go above and beyond for his needs. My daughter is 3 and had no issues and said she wants to go back to the dentist tomorrow. As a nurse, it is important that providers not only provide a treatment plan, but also a thorough rationale as to why and when the treatment plan should be carried out. That’s exactly what Dr Smith did. I am not easy to please as a nurse, but my children left the office glowing with the excitement of returning for their next visit and that means the world. Thank you Dr Shelby!

Dr. Smith is amazing with my 3 boys! She puts them instantly at ease and catches issues early on to save us time and money later on. The entire office staff is welcoming and professional. So lucky we found this office.

Dr. Shelby is very thoughtful of her young patients. The staff is experienced and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Shelby and her staff. My kids have been seeing her for years and they have always had good experiences, even with some cavities that needed to be addressed. Going to the dentist can be scary for kids, but Dr. Shelby and her staff are very thoughtful and caring with their young patients.

My Daugther has been going to Dr. Shelby since she was a toddler... now my son goes there as well... Always great service and great with the kids. Love it here and will continue taking my kids to the new facility. Front desk is always awesome always helpful.
