Due to character limits see Google for full review. Long to short.Was told we weren’t following rules even though we were never informed of any rules, so much so that the dentist “felt backed into a corner” but we also complied with everything after being told. Called my daughter out of her name three times, even after being corrected. Was told everything was good prior appointment to be told it wasn’t this app. Was dropped as a patient by Dr Clark, regardless of the fact we had never even seen her, due to not following rules and making them uncomfortable? How can we follow rules when we weren’t told any? They allowed all of us to go back and not a single mention of too many of us going?

Absolutely love taking my kids here. The staff is super friendly and always makes my girls feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely recommend taking your kids here!!!

they no longer require masking - even though most kids are not and can not yet be vaccinated. They sent multiple emails at the beginning of covid about their safety and cleaning protocols. Yet when they removed the mask mandate (even though the country still requires one), they could not be bothered to let patients know. So now I have to search for a new dentist at the last minute and my child that needs and always is taken to regular dental appointments has to go without an appointment while we wait for new dentist to have an opening. Office staff could not even say on average how many of their patients still choose to mask. (ie, not possible to do a risk assessment)
