I have 2 sons. 1 of them had phase 1 care no problem. When I took my 2nd son I was told I had to pay the insurance portion up front although my insurance had not changed. I was told the amount I had to pay and no more discounts were available. I saved and worked hard during covid saving up for that. So I paid that amount. I took my 1st son back the same day to start phase 2. For him I was told of another discount that had not been offered with son number 2. I was also told I did not have to pay the insurance portion up front. I was excited for the 2nd but when I asked about the discount I was told that they would honor half of that but I now had to pay all the insurance up front-$900 more! We are in tears we don't have that. I called multiple times and the manager "Kim" can't be bothered to call me back. I called my insurance company (which has not changed in years) and they said there is no law about paying it up front they were punishing me. I just want to be treated fairly.
