Dr. Shipra Chadda, DMD

Dr.chada was really nice up until the office called me to confirm an appt. They said because I didn’t answer the day prior they were canceling my appointment. I told them I booked this a week prior so I obviously was coming which oddly I would have had to pay a fee I’m sure had I not. I took time off work another time to get my wisdom teeth extracted and whoever was supposed to do it did a no call no show and I took an entire couple days off work to have done. The day I arrived to get my root cancel fixed she then says I need to remove my wisdom tooth something she never mentioned prior to the day she was upset I demanded my appointment I was obviously coming to. Her staff were all nasty other than the Hygenist who is always kind. Her dental assistant “isabel” was rude and when dr chada was injecting me she had been oddly rough.
