This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. I feel that I was not given ALL the information when I was told I needed a root canal. I was scheduled for a root canal. When I arrived the dentist said I was there for a "possible" root canal and was not sure if I needed one. They also never told me I needed a crown after a root canal. It took 3 hours on my first visit and 2 more hours on my second visit for this procedure. They left to tooth open so everything I eat gets lodged in the tooth and causes discomfort. The hygienist had to take 10 x-rays to finally get the picture of the root that was not filled all the way to the end. She though it was funny that she had to keep taking the x rays. I also had a bleach solution squirted down my throat when they were cleaning out the canals. The equipment is outdated. The receptionist was not very friendly or helpful.
