Aggressive Behaviour
Between the staff and Verma the whole experience was aggravating. Verma spoke so loudly I had to tell him I wasn't deaf. Then repeatedly said, tell me if you understand, do you understand, you don't have to go to a specialist, I can pull the tooth (there was NOTHING wrong with the tooth). Spoke over me, ignored anything I attempted to relay. I went in for a teeth cleaning and after he 'inspected' me, was told I was done...and that was after over an hour of having to be in the office. I walked out needlessly to say and will tell everyone about my experience. Rude is beyond a description for Verma.
