Awesome staff that treat you like family. Wish I would have found them years ago.

my family has been a part of this dentist office since 2008. the dentist is great and friendly its the staff that he has in the front office that is lacking. they are at time unprofessional and biased. they also need to know that patients can hear them talking about them or other patients and may even know the person they are speaking of. This is poor customer service and shows a lack of professionalism. this and several other reasons has caused us to leave.

I am deeply concerned about the dentist who referred me to and Dr. Baggett and the subsequent procedure I had regarding two crowns. I was informed they had to be replaced because of various issues. I was told I had to pay up front and a claim would be submitted to my insurance but subsequently discovered months later it was not. Upon questioning I was advised that my insurance would not cover the crowns. I had asked twice if the claim had been submitted and advised yes. I am currently waiting for the claim paperwork to submit directly and discuss with my insurance. If I was never entitled to any kind of coverage that should have been made very clear in the beginning.

The best dentist I’ve ever been to. So nice and does a great job

I did not want to write this review, but... Here goes, a crown his office installed over an implant came off while on vacation in Florida. I had a local dentist re-apply it. I was charged $54. I asked Dr Baggett's office to reimburse me, and they informed me I should have waited over a week with an exposed post from the implant for about a week until I returned to Warner Robins. WOW! How many crowns fall off after about seven months? Not very good customer service!
