Office canceled my visit with little warning.I tried texting and leaving a voicemail to reschedule. No response.I tried showing up twice during office hours, but no one was there.Someone finally picked up the phone after a couple weeks of calling.Dentist was not in the office the day I finally went in for a cleaning.The lobby smelled disgusting.

I felt like the appointment was rushed through I wasn’t told any details about what she was doing, when I was in pain I was told it was normal and I was just being overdramatic.. in fact I was not she was drilling into my nerve. I stated many times how I was in pain during the appointment and I went unheard! First red flag should have been she didn’t even ask about my previous dental issues I was having. She just took X-rays and placed me in a different room and gave me a shot and left the room for a good 30 mins came back and started drilling into my teeth. Didn’t say what she was doing no communication whatsoever. I’ll never go back!

Dr. Reddy is not only a professional in all aspects of her career in dentistry but she is also one of the brightest lights that shines on us all. I am so blessed to have found her as a dentist and someone special in my families life.

Dr Reddy goes above and beyond to help with all dental situations. She takes the time to explain what is required and how complex dental procedures will be accomplished. Always pleasant and caring.
