I can't say enough good things about Dr. Patel! He is kind, courteous, and extremely patient, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure. His skill is unmatched—I wouldn't trust anyone else with my care. Beyond being an excellent endodontist, Dr. Patel has a laid-back, friendly, and outgoing personality, which makes him so relatable and easy to talk to. His empathy and genuine care for his patients really set him apart.I firmly believe he is the best endodontist in the state of Maryland. I’ve received two root canals from Dr. Patel, and both were successful. I was nervous, but his expertise put me at ease, and I felt so much better after each visit. I even made the mistake of not getting a permanent crown after one root canal, but Dr. Patel was able to save the tooth when I thought it couldn’t be saved. If it had been anyone else, I don’t believe that would have been possible.If you’re looking for an endodontist, your search ends here.

If I could give a flat out zero stars I would. The review rating appears inflated by other patients and possible written by Dr Patel staff. This doctor was recommended by my dentist because he was highly recommended. However I have been suffering an infection in my mouth for more than 6 months with this doctor and been put on countless antibiotics to remove the infection that now has harden. What kind of doctor would drag their feet in performing a procedure. My dentist would have gladly pull my tooth but because of the infection recommended me to Dr Patel who attitude appears so nonchalant and has not taken my condition seriously. What will it take if an infection spread to other parts of my body because no action was taken swiftly with infection in my tooth that now spread in my mouth. I’m in constant pain and all he says is take this antibiotic and come back in 2-3 weeks. His arrogance and poor bedside manners and mistreatment has made this experience terrible for me.

Dr.Patel was very attentive and explained everything as to what my problem was..I felt confident in his analysis as he explained it.

Dr Soham Patel is the absolute best in his profession. He diagnoses your problem with x-rays and other testing. Then proceeds to advise you of his findings and performs root canal procedures with such incredible eexpertise and efficiency. His staff are excellent, courteous, friendly and efficient. Even with any unpleasant and painful situation, you will definitely have a great and beneficial experience with Dr Soham Patel. Again, my personal experience was remarkable, outstanding and painless.

The staff in office is very helpful to making an appointment for my painful tooth, but I experienced a lot of pain during the procedure and still feel sore after 2 weeks

He is very nice and knows what he's doing. He cares about how you feel. I highly recommend him. I've had 2 root canals done by him.
