He didn't wear golves or a mask, didn't sterilize his tools, didn't have a nurse or assistant, used Clorox bleach on my tooth and pierced the root during a root canal. He ground down my front teeth for no reason other than he said they looked too big to him. Also, he had a dog running around the office, very sanitary.
