Dr. Presley is outstanding. For one fee, he had me return several times to adjust my special retainer so that my teeth won't grind at night. It goes on your bottom teeth, and it's actually comfortable. In the past, I've had a TMJ specialist make unhelpful retainers (for upper teeth), and Dr. Presley's method is far more successful. I recommend Dr. Presley for his meticulous professionalism. He also has a good sense of humor and a friendly disposition. I highly recommend Dr. Presley!

Such an excellent dentist! It's just too bad that the receptionist name Tina has very poor customer service skills. It's just too sad after 10 years, my husband and I decided to go ahead and take our loyalty elsewhere!! Please try not to get new insurance during the time that you're a patient.Tina needs 1 hour to verify prior...+ Dr.presley was running behind? I had new insurance and she wanted my info 1 hour prior to my appointment? As far as verifying co-pays that should only take 5 minutes !
