Dr. Stephanie Boone, DDS

In January '24 took my son and daughter for a routine cleaning & examination at Dolby Bridge Pediatrics in Fort Mill, SC. I had arrived on time for my appointment but was alerted by office staff were running behind. I was not allowed to go back with my kids this time. At the end of my son's visit, I was told he had 5 cavities by the dental assistant. Dr. Boone refused to talk to me personally about my son's cavities. She sent her dental assistant out to talk to me about treatment plans, scheduling and anesthesia.What Dr. Stephanie did not verify with me were the teeth affected and the x-rays they supposedly took that I never saw.I also reminded Dr. Boone that the anesthesia my son was given last year, did not agree with him and I pleaded for other dental options. Dr. Boon rejected my concerns and acknowledgements. She never showed her face with me. I took my son to another dentist and he only had 3 cavities. Dr. Boone cost me money and her practice had been doing me wrong.
