Dr. Stephanie Swords, DDS

I have concerns with her competence as a dentist, and I also found (as others have mentioned) that this office does try to sell you services you don't need ("fillings" and nightguards) and will overcharge you. Also unlike most offices, they do not check with your dental insurance (or claim they don't) before your visit, and they just do what they want. Definitely do NOT recommend this dentist, not just for her office policies and her poor customer service, but you cannot trust her.

Dr Swords is very good. She takes care of all my family (2 adult and 2 teens). She performed a root canal on me and on my wife as well...they both turned out perfect. No complains here

She really does care about you. She does all she can to give you the best advice to keep your teeth healthy. In the event a procedure is needed, everything is explained fully and not to worry because you are in the best of hands. She also is really good with the little ones. She not only has patience but also educates them how how to properly take care of their teeth and gums. She's a great dentist!!!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Swords! She was extremely efficient and professional and seems extremely knowledgeable. She specifically steered me away from more expensive treatment options when she felt like less expensive options were just as viable. That was refreshing! She even took the time to explain to me that sometimes insurance doesn't cover procedures even when they call to confirm benefits. If you have teeth, and would like to keep them, I recommend you visit Dr. Swords

I don't recommend this dentist to anyone. SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT BOOK ANY TYPE OF APPOINTMENT HERE!! They DO NOT GIVE ACCURATE COST ESTIMATES AND THEY WILL HARASS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY LATER. They are rude, unprofessional and they don't tell you the truth upfront. I booked an appointment and they told me everything was covered. Then when my parents showed up for their cleaning, they were harassed for the remaining balance I didn't even know I had. They also gave false estimates to my parents.
