Uncaring and unprofessional. I needed new dentures. I explained, & she saw, that the dentures I have now were too big & causing mouth sores, of which she did nothing about. They said it would take 6 weeks to get new dentures and she wanted to mold them in the shape of my dentures I have now. I thought about this later, called & said she needs to make a mold of the shape of my mouth as it is now, not the dentures, otherwise I may as well keep the ones I have. 2 wks later I hadn't heard anything so I called my insurance. They said there's no request for an approval for the procedure. I called White's office to cancel her services. The girl that answered put me on hold, came back & said everything's good now..she just now put in the request. No it's not good. If I have to wait 2 wks for each move you need to make it'll be more than 6 weeks...we're already looking at 8. I found a new dentist.
