We've been patients for years only for insurance acceptation not by choice. Lately having nothing but negative attitudes and service. Heaven forbid if you have a cavity or repairs he doesn't do them. Always have to go to someone else he prefers. And to top it off apparently he charges insurance companies for services that have not been performed. Awesome! No more, cancelling all future appointments. Retire please!

My husband and I were patients of Dr Candio for several years. We paid out alot of money for crowns, braces, etc. We relocated out of state and I needed work done. I felt comfortable with Dr Candio so arranged to travel back to see him. After several phone calls, I finally got hold of the receptionist. I explained my situation. She put me on hold for awhile and then came back and said Dr. Candio says he is not accepting new patients. Seriously? I know he remembered us. Our kids went to school together and I was gone like 1 year!

Don't waste your time. Doesn't care about his patients! Doesn't care if you have an emergency, don't expect a call back! If you are in pain from a tooth don't expect medication for it! Does not send a monthly statement if you have an outstanding balance until you have accrued $50 in late fees. $25 a month I never heard of anything like this. Very sneaky!
