Dr. Stephen Harper, DDS

They did not complete the services that I paid in full for and have offered me no refund, for services undelivered upon.

Dr. Harper did not provide me with the services I paid for. My nearly $7,000 treatment was not effective, and I’ve been offered no refund to continue treatment with another provider. Harper Orthodontics did not provide, nor are they able to provide, what I signed up for and agreed to pay for. My treatment did not work to correct my overbite, and the office will not return my funds so that I can continue care with another provider. I have already paid for orthodontic treatment in full, yet the product was defective and the service unsatisfactory. I should not have to double pay at a new provider for continued treatment that was already paid in full at Harper. I did not consent to paying $6,800 for my teeth to be mostly straightened. I paid because I was told I would receive a specific outcome, including totally correcting my overbite, in the told timeline. This was not given to me. This was not delivered upon.
