He hates his job and it shows
Over the several years that I was a patient of Dr Ratcliffe's, he seemed to become more grumpy each year. His work was ok, but on more than one occasion, he bordered on disrespect the way he talked to me. I once asked him why he seemed so miserable. His response, "I hate my job and wish I would have picked a different career. I finally decided to be a patient of another dentist in the same town who not only is excellent at what he does, but truly seems to enjoy it! Maybe it's time for Dr Ratcliffe to retire.

AVOID
Dr. Radcliffe examined my mouth and everything was fine. He the put a plastic tool in my mouth and told me to bite down. He got angry and told me to bite down harder. I was biting down as hard as I could. He told me to open my mouth and took the plastic tool out my mouth and threw it across the tray. He took of his gloves and walked out the room. His staff is wonderful and apologized for his behavior..

Took care of my husband's teeth extremely well. Left many things smoldering in my mouth that a Sarasota dentist and an oral surgeon took care of for me.
