The staff is very attentive, the equipment is modern, everyone is nice and thorough.

Thorough and helpful

I felt like the office was pushy and recommending things that weren’t necessary. I went in for a cleaning and he told me I need two root canals. The hygienist told me I needed a deep tissue cleaning? Why? I have never had that issue before! My teeth didn’t hurt at all!! I was having no problems! I also didn’t like the fact that while the Dr was working on me he would go work on other patients. I heard him do this to several people while I was there. He would say okay I will be back in a minute and then I would hear him working another patient. After I went I regretted it. Will not go back!

Dr. Akins and his staff are always caring and efficient in there procedures. The process is explained as well the duration. I was constantly ask if I was ok, did I need anything during my root canals. Dr. Akins and the staff have seen to my needs for years.

The entire staff treats me like family (a family that LIKES you)! A new experience for me personally; I enjoy going to the dentist!

Sorry our 93 year old Aunt freaked out over new environment! Staff and doctor did what they could they were great with situation.

I like this office. I've been going here over 4 years. The front desk is SUPER helpful and always friendly. Love my hygienist. She is very thorough and informative. Dr. Akins is quick to diagnose any issues and I'm trusting of the treatment plan suggested.

Technicians are well trained and do a fine job.

The office is well organized and wait time is very short. I only saw Dr. Akins for about one minute since I was there for a routine cleaning. My dental technician was very thorough and I feel that she did an excellent job with my cleaning.

After many years of neglecting my dental health Dr. Akins and his staff accepted me as a new patient without judgement. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the issues I was having and promptly began a plan to achieve dental health. In just two months, I have had two major procedures, which went very well with no discomfort or pain whatsoever. His staff and assistants have been wonderful as well. They have been friendly, comforting and knowledgeable in all matters including navigating insurance.
