He has been my dentist since i was a baby. I have never gone anywhere else for my teeth. Steven is amazing with kids and amazing at his job. His daughter is also phenomenal. Everyone there is so kind

I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. He is rude and will humiliate you loudly in front of other patients if you ask questions. I reported him to the Dental Association and my insurance company and was told that I was one of many who have complained about him.

Hate going here. His hygienists are mean and rough. It takes forever for him to come see you. And several times I've had issues with fillings he's put in.

Dr Berklacy spends time explaining what he is going to do and then proceeds. He makes a long term plan as well as a short term plan. I have never had to wait in his office because "he is running late today"
I have directed 5 co workers to this dentist and all have selected him as their personal dentist. That means a lot as I do not recommend Drs to many people.

He is arrogant and insensitive. If you have less than perfect teeth go elsewhere. He will make you feel terrible. I left in tears and sat in my car crying for awhile before I was able to drive. Also his office staff never sent my referral and I had to hound them for two months. I only got the referral I needed after having a new dentist get on them about it. Horrible experience!
