Very friendly, very professional

Yes I recommended Dr Bollinger today to a friend. The office is very clean, Dr Bollinger spent time talking with me about my dental questions, and his staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Kaitlin who worked hard to solve an insurance issue for me.

They overbook patients for one dentist, I waited 1/2 an hour past my appointment time to get called to the back and then they refused to turn off country music claiming they needed it for patient confidentiality. I hate country music and if they're worried about patient confidentiality, the front office wouldn't call my insurance and provide all my private information over the phone loud enough for everyone in the waiting room to hear.

I was treated for gum cleaning in July by the office of Dr. Bollinger. I didn't have an issue with this cleaning. By Mid of October I had a schedule for a base cleaning. Dr. Bollinger tried to persuade me to have another gum cleaning. I explained to him, that I had one last July, about only 3 months ago and I suggested to him, that I feel don't need to have another gum cleaning after 3 months and I will consider this by next spring. The hygienist asked me to sign a statement of my refusal of the gum cleaning. I explained to her that I don't have to sign anything, since I explained to Dr. Bollinger, that I will consider this kind of treatment by next spring. The hygienist told me that she can't do the basic cleaning without signing this refusal. I felt pressured and I told her that if she can't do it, some other dentists will do it and I left this dental office and will never go back to Dr. Bollinger's office.

Dr. Bollinger was very calm and professional. He explained my dental care to me in a very clear manner. From the moment you walk into the building everyone is very professional and kind. After my first visit I don't feel like I have anxiety about going back to have work done on my teeth. Other options were introduced to me. Which I appreciate.

Dental Care at Columbus Crossing provided me with a combination of excellent customer service skills and great dental expertise. Kim at the Front Desk was wonderful when helping me book my appointment. Camry, my dental hygienist, was genuinely kind and very efficient. Dr. Bollinger took the time to talk to me about my options and seemed to truly care about me and my dental health, which is something I did not have at my previous dentist. Thank you to everyone at this office, and I will be back!
