Dr. London retired more than five years ago but his name is still on his store front. I had four (4) different dentists during the five visits to his office. After each visit my insurance coverage was determined and I paid the balance. On my final visit I was presented with an additional bill for $455.00 which after review was reduced to $76.00. Dr. London’s billing practices and his use of different dentists leaves a lot to be desired. One star is too much for Dr. London’s office.

No stars for this doctor only concerned with lining his own pockets. Over charges before and after submitting insurance info and the crown he made with his computerized measuring device was awful, kept popping out, over 5 times, said I need a root canal if it kept popping out. Went back to my old dentist who showed me, via xrays, that the crown had gaps underneath and both sides and no wonder it kept popping out. DO NOT GO

Dr. London was fine but he retired and different dentists fill in. Very poor billing practices. They have no idea how to check insurance and end up billing for teeth cleanings that should be covered! After the second time this happened to my family in a year, they were completely unapologetic and unwilling to do anything about it. Took no responsibility even though I asked them to check with my insurance before we came in. VERY disappointed and looking for a new practice!
