Cares about you as an individual and makes sure you feel comfortable during the visit. I've always had great visits, and although the dentist is not a favorite place of mine, he actually makes me not dread it. Great sense of humor, as well.

He spent years gouging my 86 year old mother who has Alzheimer's with unnecessary appointments and procedures over and above what her insurance pays for. Once I took over her health care, I stopped that. 3rd subsequent appointment, they cancelled and rescheduled but informed me of wrong date. Upon showing up and being told Oh sorry, her appt. is for next week I was not happy, but finally found a date to bring her back on. 1 wk prior to appt. receptionist calls to drop my mother as a patient.
