My teeth were damaged during a routine Root Canal.

I just don't understand how neither his assistant, nor Dr. Morales himself saw or mentioned the 2teeth he'd damaged, next to the tooth he was performing a root canal on. After going home, upon resting & having the numbing fade I saw how there was a slice made on the adjacent tooth, & the next closest had a chip taken out of it. Both of these teeth were in good condition b4 root canal & did not need any attention. Now I have two damaged teeth, & no idea what to do about it until I see him in the office upon his next workday. These are my six remaining teeth I was having work done on, b4 I receive dentures. I'm praying he can fix his mistake or point me in the right direction. But again, the damage is obvious & I'm completely bewildered that no one said a thing about it while looking into my mouth! I'll never leave an office again w out looking into a mirror.
