Dr. Steven Oshins, DDS

Excellent choice for my new dentist. The entire office is kind and caring. Highly recommend this practice.

Our family has been going to Dr Oshin’s office for 14 years and couldn’t be happier. He always takes his time and explains what he’s doing. He knows each of us well and is genuinely interested in how our family is doing when we come in. The office staff and assistants are friendly and knowledgeable. I recently went in for a crown, and while dental procedures are never pleasant, Dr Oshin’s does his best to listen to and address my concerns, adapting when possible. Dr. Oshin’s is also great at cosmetic dentistry and understands the importance of having a beautiful smile as well as a healthy one!

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Unprofessional beyond anything I have seen. Let’s start at how the first time I walk in , I am told I have cavities on my whole bottom jaw (when I have only had 2 cavities my whole life) that when they do fillings they don’t use laughing gas or novicane they just give patients Xanax (told by Mr. Oshins himself) and then after I was told by the receptionist that I wouldn’t have to pay a dime with my insurance I paid 125$ for xrays and him poking around my mouth. Then was told I would be scheduled another appointment for a cleaning. Month goes by no call. Decide to switch dentists . While getting the forms I was asked 3 times why I didn’t want to stay. Get another call that night after they close call back no answer . Get a restricted call in the morning - didn’t answer , then my emergency contact gets one right after not restricted . He had called asking why I did not want to go there anymore after I already answered why . Unprofessional , and rude.

I'm fairly new to the office of Dr. Oshins. -Impressed by his professional experience and detail, I'm writing this review! He's thorough with examinations. -many mistakes I "knew" were made from other dentists have been expertly repaired. He explains reason and differences of my dental needs/options. He created a dental plan for me, and efficiently multitasked my appointments, which is a great time saver!

I have been going to Dr. Oshins for 3 years and he has a state of the art facility and friendly staff.

I feel confident that i'm really getting top notch care. Dr. Oshins gave me a more careful exam than I've ever had before. He sat down with me and showed me his findings with photos on his computer screen and explained in detail the treatment plan he proposed. His caring attitude as well as that of his friendly staff really helped me feel more comfortable. Plus I liked that he's always taking advanced courses and teaches dentistry locally as well.

His caring attitude about doing a great job shows in the quality and professionalism of his work. Every step of the process for my various dental issues (crowns, implants, cavities, adjusting bite) was done with the utmost care and precision. I wish I had started going to him a long time ago...He's up on the latest approaches as I know he's taken many advanced trainings...I know a number of other patients of his who feel exactly the same way....

Rude. Condescending. Tells you there is cavities and you have poor dental health. Second opinion showed NO cavities or problems. Very unprofessional.
