Poor creation of a dental cap, poor installation of a dental cap. It felt like a huge rock in my mouth. I had to pay out of pocket for someone else to fix this horrid cap after my dental insurance was utilized. He got nasty, defensive, extremely unprofessional, and verbally attacked me when I tried to discuss the issue with him very nicely. Other dentists take time to shape a dental cap to determine an appropriate fit (had total of 4 done - 3 properly done with 2 other dentists).
