Dr. Steven St Germain, DDS

Put in tow implants which did not take and then a bridge. That tooth just fell out a year later. This guy is terrible. Do not go. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I have been a patient in this practice for close to ten years. I have an autoimmune disease that causes me to have dental complications so Dr St Germain and I would see each other quite frequently. I had multiple issues. Doctor St Germain proposed a full mouth of veneers as a way to combat my ongoing dental issues. I took his professional advice and went through the grueling, painful procedure. I was told that he would guarantee them for 10 years. This procedure cost $40,000. It was completed in March of 2020. Today I was told that BECAUSE of my autoimmune disease he will not work with me and that the veneers now have to be replaced with implants at a whopping price of $5k a tooth and I need 4. I want to know how this man could have ethically and morally done this. I have never been so disappointed in a human, forget the practice. He sold the practice to Dr. Armer and I am in limbo. DO NOT get involved with this practice whose motto is "Drill them, fill them, bill them."

I called to schedule an appointment for my son. I was told I owed a $35 cancelation fee from 02/ 20. I canceled this appointment due to covid. I asked Erin if she would wave this as it was an unusual circumstance. And she flat gave me a hard NO. She needs a lesson on customer service. Needless to say I got a new dentist on principle. The new dentist is terrific and the front desk is very sweet.

I was recommended to Dr St Germaine thru a friend. Sho stated she had a fabulous dentist. I have never said to anyone, I have a fabulous dentist! My first visit was a consultation. The Dr was very patient and nice. He would never recommend pulling teeth but he also will do his best to save a tooth. My next visit was a cleaning with Jenn. I thought I should give her a tip because I have never had a better cleaning in my life. I'm in my 60's so that meant a lot. Dr.St Germaine is awesome,
