Dr. Steven Wong, DDS

My son was referred to Dr. Wong for an orthodontic consultation due to a couple of impacted teeth. The first red flag was when I received my son’s paperwork in the mail with a name misspelling. Isn’t it on the chart from the referring dentist? The consultation ended up being cancelled due to weather and the office closing early. The consultation was pushed out until April. I called the office the week that his appointment was supposed to be because I couldn’t remember the exact day and I couldn’t access the patient portal. The office staff member couldn’t find the appointment. She told me the next available consultation wasn’t until June. There was no apology, no trying to work my son into the schedule. I said, “ I will find another orthodontist.” She replied, “Ok.” That is when I realized that my son was just a number and giving them my business didn’t matter. It is unfortunate because I heard Dr. Wong is an exceptional Orthodontist .

We have loved Dr. Wong, his staff, and his work. When your dentist calls his expanders "a thing of beauty" and has staff members coming over to look, you definitely feel confident in your choice. Those in the dental profession choose him for their own kids. We're about to go to him for Daughter #2. Wonderful, caring staff, great work, flexibility in scheduling, I could go on and on. You won't be dissapointed. Dr. Wong's practice is fantastic.
