Do not go here. Had root canal done year and half ago. last week extreme pain go to another endodonist and 1200.00 dollars later find out he did not get roots cleaned out

I had a root canal completed by dr z 3.5 years ago. About a month ago I started having unbearable facial pain . After a month of doctors, ents, dentists I finally went to an endodonist ( not dr z). He took multiple X-rays and found that dr z had not completed my root canal. For one of the nerve roots he only completed the procedure half way up my tooth, leaving space for bacteria to grow. It took a 3.5 hour root canal with this endodonist to fix the problems created by dr z. Dr z is incompetent and uncaring. I was in so much pain due to his negligence. Rather than do what he needed to complete the root canal correctly dr z decided that he would rather not waste his time and left me to wait for infection and pain. If this wasn’t caught by a new endodonist I could have lost my tooth. Avoid dr z and his office. They are horrible.

This was my first time with a root canal procedure. I was very anxious as one can imagine. Being in the capable hands of Dr. Zicchinolfi really set my mind at ease - totally! He patiently explained what was being done to the finest detail. The numbing jell he used prior to the injections caused me no pain or discomfort whatsoever. He made sure he took the time needed for the numbness to set in. All during the procedure, again, I experienced absolutely no pain throughout. Very pleased and grateful I had Dr. Zicchinolfi complete the root canal. I highly recommend him to anyone should you, too, have the need for similar issues. The Best of the Best, hands down !!!

I have had all my teeth root canal except for one and this was the best experience. I didn't even feel the numbing shots and I was afraid from past experience of not being numb but he made sure I was. I was very comfortable during the entire visit

I have a fear of dentists from a young age. Dr. Zicchinolfi made having root canal a breeze. I would recommend him to anyone who doesn't like dentists or has have a bad experience with dentists.
