Dr. Stuart Rubin, DDS

I have been to Dr. Rubin’s office on 2 occasions. The office is run down and dingy. There were patient files in stacks all over the floor leading to the patient exam rooms. My first appointment was for a regular cleaning with X-rays. The receptionist let me know how long the appointment should take so I could schedule other things for that day. The appointment was going to take double the given time, so I had to make another appointment to do the cleaning. I got the cleaning at my second appointment. I was advised to have to broken caps replaced. I said I would make the appointment once I knew if it would be reimbursed for a claim. I called back to make the appointment. The soonest appointment was a few weeks out. I took that appointment. Less than a week before that appointment, I received a letter stating that my care would be discontinued and I should find new care. When I contacted the office, the same receptionist told me it was because of a “disruption in care”.

Dentist, hygienist and assistants and receptionists are superior to any offfice.

Got my implant crown restored today and it feels great. Thanks to the staff and doctor for the great experience

Hey all health-grade viewers! This has been the best dentist that I have been to. I first came in for cleaning with the hygienist, sweetest girl. After I had my cleaning I was set up with the dentist I had my cavities done. All my dental needs were reached to the max. Friendly and professional office. I can for sure trust them with my teeth.

Someone who tells you from the getgo what you need and has no problem doing it. No time for games wants to get straight to doing the work and getting you out.

A doctor that tells you like it is when needed. He doesn't sugar coat anything but is passionate about doing what right for my treatment. I wouldn't have it any other way!
