Buckland Hills Dental, Dr. Kim, (Dr. Chi was consulted & was in charge) & Andre, (office manager) all lied. After Dr Kim refused to fix a partial denture that did not match my teeth (missing teeth) or fit my mouth (June 24'), I left the denture with them as I could not chew with it. I did not sign anything or say I would pay for services or materials I couldn't use yet they argued I owed a lab fee of $250 because they can't control what the lab does. They told my credit cd company I had the partial and was satisfied. I filed a dispute with proof that was not true and added they did not make an insurance claim which made no sense if I was satisfied, and filing one would be insurance fraud. A week before the dispute was decided Dr. Kim filed a fraudulent claim for an 'oral evaluation,' which it wasn’t (was for an extraction, fitting & pick-up partial denture), to enable them to 'win' the dispute and keep the $574 I paid in good faith. The oral eval was done & paid months earlier.
