Virtually painless root canal treatment. Explained procedure. Dr. P uses fairly new technology that sanitizes canal. Great dental assistant and office staff. Followed up with call next day to see how I was going. All costs were revealed up front with co-payments. (I wish dental CT's were covered by insurance.)

Unfortunately, I’ve seen a number of Endodontist for care. I was referred to Dr. Potluri who was superior in his communication with me. He actually listened to my concerns and fears. He explained every little detail. I felt very nervous about pain and was given a way to communicate if I had pain. All my anxieties were put aside because I could honestly tell that Dr Potluri was confident in what he was doing. His staff was very accommodating, polite, knowledgeable and respectful. I’m thrilled my procedure was also successful.

I was kind of nervous about getting my root canal but Dr. Potluri and his entire staff did everything to put me at ease and to make this experience as positive as possible. Dr. Poltluri is very professional, skilled, kind, communicative and patient in every way. I felt very grateful for the kindness, reassurance and good care I got from everyone. I was pleasantly surprised that I even got a call the next day to see how I felt. I highly recommend!!

Everyone as soon as I walked were so friendly and made me feel comfortable I tend to get a little nervous at any dental work. Especially, now because of Covid-19 I get more nervous but everyone was very professional, the office was clean and everyone wore all proper equipment and double masked. I felt safe. They even called me twice the next day to see how I was feeling from my root canal.

Dr. Potluri is an outstanding practitioner. Very kind, scrupulously honest. And he has wonderful support staff as well. I recommend him without reservation.

I had a great root canal procedure! I was really nervous, but I experienced no pain throughout the process. It went very fast and Dr.Potluri and his assistant made sure to check in with me to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any pain. All the staff was very kind and accommodating! I recommend anyone who needs a root canal to go and see Dr. Potluri!

Root Canal Procedure was explained well upfront. Treatment done well with no pain during the procedure and minimal pain post procedure. I did not have to take pain medication post treatment. Diligent followup and checking on patient condition. Outstanding service from the practitioner and the staff!!

Dr. Potluri is an outstanding endodontist--besides being professional and highly skilled, he is kind and patient in answering questions and minimizing the stress associated with a molar root canal. He accepted a KP Medicare dental insurance that others don't . From my initial inquiry calls and all my many followup calls, office staff Cathy was knowledgeable, helpful and so nice ; his dental assistant was very caring and reassuring during the procedure this morning. Before leaving for the night, Dr. Potluri gave me a followup call to check on how I was feeling.

This was my second root canal by Dr. Potluri. Both were done very well. If I ever need another, please not, I will go to Dr. Potluri for the procedure.

The best root canal experience I’ve had. Unfortunately, this was my 2nd root canal, though, by far vastly different from the first one. I really wish I had encountered Dr. Potluri prior to this visit. I got an evaluation the same day and scheduled my root canal for the following day....He even followed up the next day to see how I was doing. Superb service and great staff!!! I just wish I could see Dr. Potluri for all my dental services. I would most definitely recommend this office!!
