Received conflicting information during visit
When asked if I wanted xrays, I declined (have never had any cavities in my entire life). The dental hygienist cleaned my teeth. Then the dentist did the exam & said I had a crack in one tooth & would need to make an appt for a filling. When I asked to have an xray to further evaluate the tooth, the hygienist said there wasn't time to do an xray since I had declined at the beginning of the appt???

Dr. Jones has been taking care of my dental needs for over ten years. Dr Jones and her staff are proficient, friendly, and get things done in a timely manner. Dr. Jones' manner and gentle touch remove the fear normally associated with receiving dental care. Pain has been virtually nonexistent during dental procedures.
