Very Disappointed in Seaside Smiles
The ONLY reason I am giving Seaside Smiles a ONE star review is bc I was just turned away from making my 3 kids routine cleanings because we missed an appointment this month that I truly was not aware of. I didn’t not get an appointment reminder and was told it was confirmed. I asked how was it confirmed and they couldn’t tell me if it was text, email, phone call and that’s because I didn’t get one. I was then advised they could not schedule us for another appointment. And we needed to find another Dentist. I was shocked. And saddened. Up until this happened we have been very pleased with our services and Staff has been great. I am incredibly disappointed, we’ve been with them for years.
