So many great things to say. The most important being the patience and kindness of the dental hygienist. It’s difficult to find someone who loves what they do. The dental hygienist gave me a thorough clean. One of the best cleanings I’ve ever had. Being polite and honestly giving folks the care they need regardless of their insurance. It genuinely is such a breath of fresh air. Due to the pandemic and dentist not being open up until recently; I have multiple cavities that they’ll be filling. If you’re trying to find a great place for dental hygiene, this is IT! Thank you to the receptionist as well, who was polite and very accommodating and understanding. Thanks to everyone else as well! All in all; Everyone here makes a great team and I do hope they keep up the great work!

The staff is always very pleasant and friendly. Dr. Sharma always does a wonderful job in explaining a procedure that will be done as well as showing you the x ray's to back up his findings.I do recommend Dr. Sharma . Outstanding dentist.

I've been going to Dr. Sharma for years. After years of dreading the dentist, the folks at My Family Dental are truly fantastic. The office staff makes scheduling extremely simple and are up front and transparent with insurance coverage. All of the hygienists are amazing. Dr. Sharma is extremely informative and kind. The whole staff is warm, welcoming, thorough, and patient. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I recently had my routine preventative dental visit with Dr. Sharma. They were detailed in getting my X-rays and reviewing them with me and performed a careful and deep cleaning of my teeth, allowing me to leave their office very satisfied with their delivery of health care services. Amazing dental centre, amazing people, and dentist. I was searching for a good dental centre and found Dr. Sharma's My Family Dental on top of my search results and I noticed that they have very good reputation and convenient prices which was one of my concerns. I took appointment and started my treatment and I was happy with their hygiene standards and I felt so comfortable with the great team there and of course special thanks to Dr Sharma and his professional team for answering all my questions and been always present and accommodating. And also thank you for your communication and for reminding me with my appointment and accommodating my requests. Dental treatments is a nightmare for many people and comes with unprecedented pain sometimes. However, my treatment was very smooth and I didn’t feel any pain even when they injected me with the needle. It was definitely a great experience and would definitely keep treating my teeth there.

BEST PLACE EVER! The staff is super friendly and professional. The clinic is super clean and organize. They are super flexible! They always have room for you and work around your schedule. I always leave satisfied every time I get work done on my teeth! Couldn't have chosen a better place!

Dr Sharma was especially kind and gentle during my appointment and my husband's appointment (which I sat in on). He was attentive and listened to both our concerns regarding our dental needs. My husband has severe anxiety about going to the dentist and Dr Sharma took extra care to make sure he was comfortable and relaxed. When it was my turn, my appointment became more involved than expected and he took the time necessary to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. He calmed me down when I became nervous and assured me I'd be ok. He is an excellent dentist and I trust him completely!

I’d been looking for a new dentist for years after my previous one had retired. My wife went in for her first appointment with My Family Dental and called me before she even left the building saying that I absolutely HAD to call them and set up a visit. And man was I happy that I did. From the moment I walked in this morning for my initial visit the experience was top class. From my orientation meeting , the superb care of Dr. Sharma, to the friendly staff at reception that helped me setup my next appointment. Just a great overall experience, and couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait for my next visit, and who ever says that about their dentist?????

This is a first class practice. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. However, the skills of the Dentist is outstanding. I went there one time to get a tooth pulled as it loose. They explained that's normal. He did a quick look at my teeth and said all was well. Didn't charge me a cent. I've been going here for 3 years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

I have been going to this office for years. They are always great to work with and never have to wait for any length of time. I am very comfortable with everyone in the office, which is good since a dentist office has never been my favorite place to visit

Don't know where to start. Staff is amazing, the care was outstanding. I broke a tooth last year eating pop corn kernels, yeah, the unpopped ones normal people throw away. It hurt for awhile, not too bad, so I ignored it. It had a filling in it, little by little over the course of the year, small pieces would chip off. The nerves died so there wasn't any pain. Well, neglecting the situation caused the two neighboring teeth to start decaying at and below the gum line. But the doctor was amazing. he worked in me for 4 hours and I can't thank him enough for his dediction.

As always a pleasure to be in your office. I have gotten my husband, father-in-law, and my sister to come to your office simply because of the quality care you all provide. The friendly environment aside, the work and quality of care is the best I’ve ever had! My teeth feel amazing. Thank you so much!

I really really hate going to the Dentist mainly because keeping my mouth open for long periods of time is very uncomfortable for me along with the sound of drilling inside my mouth. That said, the employees here made an effort to make me feel comfortable and less stressed especially after having my 1st tooth pulled (as an adult). The assistants were also friendly and would say hello as I walk by which felt nice

Great staff...always professional and polite!!! And I Looovve Dr. Sharma. He is always pleasant and he has a warm and friendly vibe about himself. He makes me feel like an individual he never makes me feel like I'm just another patient.

Everyone is so friendly. They act like they remember me and that makes me feel very welcome. They are also accommodating if there is a cancellation and will reach out to see if you want an earlier time slot.

Dr. Sharma is the best. I won't go anywhere else. He explains what he is doing the whole time. The staff are very upbeat and friendly. This is a very happy place. I don't dread going to the dentist as much as I used to., Due to Dr. Sharma and his staff.

I had a major fear of going to the dentist my entire life however, Dr. Sharma and his team have completely changed my view of dentists and their practice. Dr. Sharma is incredible and is ready to go to every length possible to make sure he runs the best practice in Ohio. Dr. Sharma and his team helped me get my confidence back and there was not a single time after having a root canal, a deep cleaning and having another invasive procedure done that I left sore or that they didn't have my best interest as their end goal. This is the first dentist I have come in feeling like there was nothing left to do but smile. The quality of the cleaning, the patience and care given. Amazing, honestly. The staff is extremely friendly and there to serve you. I have recommended many people already.
