Horrible experience for parent and child. The appointments are a joke. Why tell you to be there at 9am if you're not called back till 2 hours later. Very poor work, I strongly advise if you can afford to take your children a little farther north, do it. There are way better pediatric dentists. If I could rate below 1* I would.

My children are accident prone and hand fulls to anyone else who tries to touch their teeth. Dr Suzie, Dr Linsey and Ruth Ann and all the girls there are in it for the patients. My daughter had a procedure this morning and was a crying, sick hot mess before we arrived. By the time we left, she was crying for Dr Linsey to come back in to us and to not have to leave her! Similar stories with Dr Suzie with my son. Working with kids takes time and patience and they have both.

My child had a tooth pulled yesterday. She's 12, and it was a baby tooth, but it not loose, so they had to work to get it out. She bleed thru the evening & had a rough night, I contacted the office this morning to request a school excuse for today, only to be told they only write them for the day of service. I'm not happy with this answer, I think if the patient is still hurting, the doctor should be willing to write the excuse. I"m very disappointed with Dr. Barnhill's office.

My daughter was took to a room and i was with her, until she fell asleep from meds. The nurses kept me updated, and told me she needed to do more than planned because, as anyone knows the can be different than expected once your in there, but I was given the options to okay it or not. My daughter was not eating very much before we made appointment at barnhill and one hour after her dental surgery she was eating with no pain. Super nice staff and doctor. We love all of the staff at Barnhill. Would recommend them to anyone. They are always so kind and sweet to my kiddos.

My children and I love this office. They actually enjoy going to the dentist and have received top-notch care.

After carrying my son back screaming she sends an assistant out to tell me he is doing great! And then the assistant informs me she needs to do more on his teeth the. We originally discussed. After almost 3 hours they finally bring my son back to me. He is crying and said he felt everything. She capped 3 baby teeth! She never even came into the room to explain what she had done! I pay cash. My bill went from $700 to $2000! And yes I paid the full amount that day! Horrible experience for kids.

Would not recommend this office at all. After drugs given to my 4 year old grandson he became very upset, screaming, kicking and banging his head on the walls. They force the drugs into the children's mouths. After dealing with him for 2 hours they finally took him back to get his teeth filled. When they brought him back he was covered in blood and knocked out. He kept passing out all night and cried alot when he woke up for a few minutes at a time. What a terrible dentist practice.

this happened a couple of years ago. My son now suffers from more anxiety issues due to procedure taking to fix his teeth. I am extremely up set cause now my child fears to go sleep at night due to remembering the day Barnhill fixed his teeth. now I know why parents are not allowed back with their child doing procedure.Barnhill staff reported that I should not discuss what happen to my child doing treatment. I feel members of Barnhill team should be education on mental health.
