My experience has been great. Everyone knows exactly what they need to do and what needs to be done to me. My experience today was awesome. I didn't feel a thing.I

Dr. Thai is my dentist, because she cares. It’s possible to find a dentist who will let you “wait and see” if a tooth needs treatment. However, cavities never heal, and the bacteria that causes tooth decay is linked to heart disease. That is why Dr. Thai feels it’s better to treat newly discovered cavities when they are small - - it’s healthier for her patients! It’s never easy to tell a patient that they need dental work, but Dr. Thai cares enough about her patients to have that discussion.

I visited Swisher Dental today for my annual teeth cleaning and am extremely pleased with the experience. I am usually very sensitive to dental care but my hygienist was gentle yet thorough throughout the entire process and made me feel comfortable from start to finish.

Dr. Thai is hands down, the best dentist out there. She will take care of you like you're her family. On top of that, her entire staff is amazing. They're so nice and kind, that you almost don't want to leave the office. Dr. Thai is not only an expert at what she does, but she has the biggest heart and wants only the best for her patients. I am always more than comfortable at the office. This is an ideal dental office, and I am so thankful to have found Swisher Dental.

I first met Dr. Thai when I was in tremendous pain while under the care of an endodontist. She jumped right in and took care of me. Over the years I have moved my husband to her care and then my little boy. She is gentle and caring, her office staff are sweet, and the office is clean and comfortable. As far as I'm concerned, she's my rest-of-my-life dentist!

Overall, Dr. Thai is a very knowledgeable and caring dentist. My last visit was disappointing, however. I felt the dental hygienist was very distracted while cleaning my teeth, even being pulled out of the room several times. The room was uncomfortably cold, despite the fact that I was wearing a sweater and jeans. I felt some of my questions were answered condescendingly. I would say it was a very mediocre experience.

A friend referred her to me and I haven't seen another dentist since. She really cares about your dental health and even takes the time to explain the x-rays, diagnosis and treatment plan. I'm confident in the quality of her treatment because she goes above and beyond compared to the dentists I had seen in the past. Quality imaging, fantastic people, quality office, gorgeous office, and TOP NOTCH care.Teeth are forever, don't cut yourself short with your health. I definitely recommend Dr. Thai!

I have had the pleasure of being one of Dr. Thai's patients for almost 10 years. She came highly recommended from a Highland Park endodontist who does root canals. Dr. Thai is the absolute best dentist I have ever used, bar none! On two separate occasions, she's diagnosed the root cause of my concerns without even asking me the type of food I ate before having the issue (eating ice on the first occasion, & eating sharp edged tortilla chips on the second). Needless to say, I was awestruck!

Visiting Dr. Thai was not a good experience. I was told that I had several cavities and needed a lot of dental work. Since I had never had a cavity, I decided to get a second opinion. I asked several friends of dentist recommendations and went to that dentist. I had no cavities. I was so glad that I did not go with Dr. Thai's diagnosis and her estimate of $8,000 in dental work! I definitly would not recommend Dr. Thai. Worst dental experience of my life!

Went to dentist b/c read article which featured Dr. Thai, in which she stated she was conservative with dental treatment plans. My experience couldn't have been more opposite than that - where Dr. Thai instead, was very aggressive with her treatment plan - where I was to get 5 cavities done, all with pulp caps. I got 2 second opinions (x-rays and all), both other dentists told me I had ZERO cavities and would never need pulp caps - unless cavity was close to pulp (super deep).
