Appt was on 3/15/2021 to have a chipped tooth extracted/2 x-rays/I asked where are the x-rays?Dentist points to My left side high up &She was on My right side/aren’t c-rays in front of you so the dentist can show you your teeth/Dentist asked me if I was having a bridge or implant done after the extraction? I said I didn’t know/ please explain/She told Me about both but didn’t tell Me thedifferences in costs/bone grafting was an extra $425& college plug was extra $95 I asked her what she thought was best&of course she said the bone grafting &they gave me a bill that was close to $800 & I couldn’t afford it so I chose the $95 collagen plug &paid $569/they were getting anxious to leave so the tech was telling me to sign sign sign to get my tooth pulled/the dentist said to reschedule/I wanted to know what I was signing-I said ok reimburse Me the $569/Guy said He can’t it’s pending come back tomorrow/I call the next day-it had cleared-He said sorry come back the next day/I did/They closed

Went for a normal yearly checkup to this dental doctor, had no issues nor reported any. I have very good insurance plan. They took all kinds of xrays and examinations which were not even required just to bill and charge us a hefty fee at the end for out of pocket. Now when we call this clinic to understand why we were charged he just kept the phone rudely and without giving any reasons. Definitely avoid this clinic.

We moved from another area and were not satisfied with the cookie cutter approach of some we visited. When we found Dr. Talalenko we were beyond pleased. We both needed some special care and found everything and then some with her and her team! I now have fabulous smile and healthier teeth because of her awareness of my needs and desires! Thank you Dr. “Lana”!

Quite simply the best dental care I have ever received. Sergei, the office manager, is knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Dr. Talalenko is a uniquely talented care provider. She has a warm and gentle manner and is patient and meticulous when reviewing treatment options. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Svetlana Talalenko for many years now and we absolutely love her and her staff. Due to prior experience we are both anxious when seeing the dentist. They have made this experience so much better for us. The dental hygienist is super nice and caring and talks you through all the steps. I highly recommend this dentist.

Dr. Svetlana Talalenko at Lana's Dental Care has been my dentist for over 15 years. She and her staff have taken care of all of my dental needs and worked all sorts of wonderful miracles where no easy solution was to be found. I praise this dentist and highly recommend her to anyone looking for great service, wonderful expertise, terrific results, all rendered with patience and understanding, both as a doctor and a human being. If you are looking for a terrific dentist, I highly recommend her.

Please do not go to this dentist. I just found out her husband is the office manager. First time appointment they did not explain charges-they rush you in so you do not have time to read what you are being charged for. The office manager is very rude and disrespectful and will talk over you. I called to discuss the billing and then asked to speak to the Dentist and he hung up on me. He told me to go some where else and he would transfer my records. What a professional! Stay away!

Great dentist! I've always been really impressed with Dr. Svetlana. I and my disabled daughter have been coming to her for 9 years and she always does a great job. Beyond that, the support staff (hygenist, etc) are also great, and the entire office does really well with my daughter. A+ doctor and practice!

Dr. Lana is not only a fine dentist, but she is extremely caring and she practices what I would call gentle dentistry, as she is very concerned about her patients and does not wish to have them feel any pain whatsoever.
