Doctor suggested treatments I don’t need
Doctor did not even look at my mouth and said I had advanced gum disease and needed a very expensive deep cleaning. She wanted to charge 4x for drugs which my insurance did not cover. I have been taking good care of my teeth and have been to other dentists recently who have not advised this treatment. Untrustworthy.

I had an 11am appointment. I am currently in the waiting room, and have been for over an hour due to the dentist in surgery. Not only was there a long wait, but another patient was taken before me, “because their visit was going to be short.” I don’t understand why there was no one who called to say there was an inconvenience and could either reschedule over the phone or come in later. So now I am waiting longer.

Doesn’t honor appointments. Gives preference based on your insurance provider. Had my appointment rescheduled the same day and then cancelled an hour beforehand. Doctor knew I had an emergency and I was I. Pain.

I haven't been to the dentist for a while because of Covid but recently i finally made back to Dr Suarez's office after 18 months . I got a deep Cleaning and I must say after 45 minutes in the chair and the magic hands of Dr Suarez i was back to my old self. the office is very clean you can eat on the floor.... I don't understand all the bad reviews. you shouldn't put a price on your dental health. I Trust Dr Suarez with all my dental needs and you should also. Thank you Dr. Suarez and Bianca for making my mouth fresh again. I am looking forward to my next cleaning. I have been coming here since September of 2016 and I must say it was the best decision ever !

My father and I have been going to Dr Suarez for the past 6 years and she is the BEST DENTIST we have ever been to. I see tons of bad reviews for her and I have no idea why!!! The issue I think is, she is in a very expensive building and a lot of stuck up, snooty people go to her. I have been in her office when she is trying to tell a patient that a specific service is needed because their gums are infected, etc and they fight and argue because other dentists have not told them that, yes because those other dentists suck!!! She is very honest and tells people what they need done. She is very experienced and will not destroy or ruin your mouth. My father had his entire mouth done with teeth that needed to pulled, bridges, implants... she charged 20k less than all the other dentists! I just brought my fiance who had botched work done at other dentists, she completely restored teeth that other dentists wanted to pull! Please dont listen to the bad reviews, trust me!!

The dental staff was so mean. We were called the day before to confirm the appointment, we even confirmed via text two hours before the appointment. Then when we arrived we were told that the dentist wasn't there and she won't be able to see us. Then they lied saying they tried to call so we wouldn't waste our time. But I received no call, no text. Worst, the staff was mean and didnt even offer to reschedule the appointment. They said they were going to call me to reschedule but never called. I just read the reviews of this doctor and it seems I was lucky in the end. So unprofessional.

Terrible. Dishonest. False. Went in for a cleaning. Walked out with a 3K bill and no cleaning. Terrible. Waited for 2 hours and they did not give me any service just a consult and I have insurance. She states I need a deep cleaning which is inaccurate and false. Little does she know I am in the dental business and know that she is practicing terrible dental medicine. She is over charging to continue paying for her plastic surgeries. RUN she is very dishonest.

Although I was satisfied with the care I received at this office, I am appalled by their shady and unethical billing practices. I would advise those looking for a basic dental checkup and cleaning to avoid this practice. Details: I went in for a prophylactic cleaning which is normally 100% covered by my dental insurance (an HMO plan -- this office is in-network). I have been getting my teeth cleaned for years at other dental practices under the same insurance, never having to pay extra out-of-pocket. So I was surprised when I was presented with an invoice for $100+ for my regular prophylactic cleaning. I investigated further to figure out what exactly was going on here. What I found was that this dental practice uses shady billing tricks to overcharge customers: I was charged for billing code 'D9630' which is for 'Drugs or medicaments dispensed in the office for home use'. This charge is not covered by insurance companies and is a completely unnecessary charge for a regular, prophylac

Makes you wait for over an hour and then berates you for voicing your displeasure. Up sells on services not needed and refuses to perform services covered by insurance. Do not visit.

Dr. Tatiana Suarez D.D.S., D.MD is the WORST MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL I HAVE EVER MET and I have met plenty, because I lived in 15 Countries. DO NOT GO TO Dr. TATIANA SUAREZ FOR ANY TREATMENT. SHE IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND IMPOLITE. SHE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE IN THE USA. I AM REPORTING HER TO THE BOARD of Medical Professionals.!!!

SCAM ALERT Just like others have mentioned, I should have read the reviews first. This practice is a bait and switch operation, and I will be reporting it to the Florida Board of Dentistry as well as my health insurance. I was called to confirm my appointment for 10:30am the previous day, only to be told it was at 11:30 the same day of the appointment, but ok. I arrived, filled out paperwork and had an xray done. I then laid on the dentist's chair for ONE HOUR, waiting and waiting only to real

Besides agreeing with everyone else who has written a one start review here I would like to point out that the examination isn't even thorough. I went in, they took an x-ray and looked into my mouth for not even 30 seconds before diagnosing me with advanced periodontal disease which of course needed a deep cleaning. This isn't a dentist office who cares about patients, you literally feel like they are trying to rip you off and sell you a multi step treatment plan that costs thousands. HORRIBLE!

I am embarrassed & made to feel like an idiot. I found this office on Groupon. I thought it was a deal since I had never had Botox before & was apprehensive about receiving treatment. She turned me away after I filled out all the new patient forms & they took pictures of my face because my children were with me. I did not even see her. I could hear her tell the assistant, "what did I think this place was? It's a medical office and they [my children] are a liability. It was only a consultation.

**This place is a TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!** I went in yesterday for an extraction of my wisdom tooth and they told me it would be complicated and wanted to charge me $1600 PER TOOTH. I asked for them to e-mail me my x-ray and left. Luckily my BF has a family friend who is a dentist--unfortunately in San Francisco, but nonetheless where things are more expensive and a well known dentist, who also comes from a family of doctors. We sent him the X-ray, he told us it was more complicate

I had the same experience as Fransico who wrote before. I went for a regular cleaning and she tried to sell me on a deep cleaning that cost around $800 that insurance doesn't cover. My father in law who is a retired dentist and has cleaned my teeth for years believes she is being unethical. Dr. Suarez is only interested in doing expensive procedures to extract the most money for her time. You will be ripped off if you choose to use her services.

Went to my first visit for a routine teeth cleaning as I do every six months (what my insurance covers). She said that I needed an expensive deep cleaning that my insurance doesn't cover.I just wanted the cleaning that my insurance covers as I couldn't afford to pay extra for a cleaning at the time. She didn't do it.Waste of time.I went then to another dentist a couple of blocks away and the hygienist told me a regular cleaning was enough. Not enough space here for a bad 2nd experience.
