The denist's office was great. Very clean, nice hygienist who did a great job, etc. Their front desk person is very rude, however. I got reprimanded for missing an appointment. When I tried to reschedule by phone, I got reprimanded again. I called back to try to speak with her supervisor and she hung up on me. I tried back twice more and she wouldn't answer the phone. That is incredibly unprofessional. I will not go back unfortunately.

My wife and I were looking for a new dentist. After speaking with a few friends, we were referred to Dr. Salem. After meeting with Dr. Salem we were impressed with all of the services that she offers at both of her locations. Dr. Salem has some of the newest technology also which was great as my wife is looking at getting clear aligners! I had my cleaning and it went very well. I will definitely be referring my friends to Dr. Salem and her office.

Dr Salem : She is a very Sincere Person, takes a lot of pride in explaining what procedure and how she will be doing it on you or any other Family member
She will go over any Fee that is Attached to what she is doing to make you
feel Relaxed in her surroundings. Just all around nice Person.

WOW!! I have never had such a great experience! From check-in to check-out I was treated with the best care. I was offered drinks, magazines and even the clicker to the tv so that I would be more comfortable. Dr. Salem is by far the best dentist around and the staff is incredible! I would recommend her to anyone. If you want a great environment where you are treated as family, Dr. Teresa Salem is the way to go!

Dr Salem herself seems like an extremely professional individual, yet her staff appears to be somewhat less so. I have had billing issues that are being ignored in spite of numerous attempts to have some attention from the practice manager. They don't seem to want to honor their commitment to Delta Dental and credit an adjustment for their services covered by insurance, and I am getting completely ignored by them.
