Dr. Thai-An Doan, DDS

We have been waiting more than one hour and fifteen minutes and still haven’t gone back. They said their first patient was thirty minutes late. That’s no excuse and not our fault. We live forty five minutes away and responsibly arrived ten minutes before we were told to be here. They should have rescheduled that patient or at the very least called us and told us to come in late. My child has not had anything to eat or drink in over fifteen hours. I appreciate the apology but this is unacceptable

eWonderful environment and staff. Respectful of my son and our family, while completing needed care. Very kind and patient, as well as child centered. We had a hard time finding a dentist we were comfortable with for our child and couldn't be happier with our choice!

Dr. Doan is great. She is very good with children. I could do without the highly coveted in regards to the appointments however. That's a bit much. Also for the most part her staff is nice and friendly with the exception of the person who checks out patients/schedules new appointments. She is rude and unfriendly and won't speak up so that you can hear what she is saying until after about the 4th time of asking.
