Dr. Thai Hur, DMD

I had previously left a 5 star review. I am amending that with the 2 stars partly because of the women the desk, Cheryl but mostly because of the fact that after almost 6 months of waiting for the care treatment to be performed I am informed my case is too difficult and to find another dentist. Who does that!? I was to have several extractions and then get dentires. You cannot tell me that is out of the normal realms of procedures the dentist does. It is a long story but to put it simply, the woman at the desk fouled this up and I would not recommend this place while she is still there. She can be very rude and pushy along with the rest of it.

i am delighted with the Professional care that i received each and every visit. the Big screen TV (in the waiting room), made the short wait time enjoyable. Dr. Hur informs his patients well, as he knows his profession well. i would definitely recommend Him and his staff to anybody who is looking for a good dentist.

Dr Hur and his dental hygienist was absolutely phenomenal my only complaint is aimed directly towards his office manager of Largo John. He is confrontational and unprofessional. I would refer everyone I came in contact with to their office but I will no longer be doing that based on his actions. Again Dr. Hur was absolutely amazing but his office manager needs to be retrained and focus on customer relations.

This is a is a wonderful Dentist he's very patient he will take the time to explain the procedure so you can fully understand.Trust Me! You wont walk out of there feeling disappointed.I am very happy with my smile.The front desk staff is Awesome and very Professional! I did search high and low to find someone who takes Amerigroup Insurance and this was the only dental office besides Alpha Dental whom I did not care for or the coast Dental Chains.If you have Amerigroup Medicaid Dr.Hur is best.
