I went to him 2 years ago for a sore tooth he did the exam and refereed me to an orally surgeon, that was fine. I have insurance and the office insurance specialist did not bill my insurance instead sent me the bill. After months of calling and explaining the office billed it correct but said I owed $5. I paid the $5. Today I went back to sign up as a new patient, I was brought back in a office and told my MI insurance was for health in which it was dental and that I would have to pay cash every
