Dr. Thomas Bench, DMD

I’m a new patient to the office, so far I’m impressed with the office staff, they are very polite and genuinely friendly. Dr Bench has also been friendly, kind and informative regarding all the work I need to do. He is also very gentle with the Novacaine injection, very little discomfort and it’s my front teeth being worked on. He skillfully made a temporary that looks great and feels great. Can’t wait to see the final results. Great experience!

Dr Bench lied to me and told me I could not have implants on my two front teeth. He then proceeded to drill down my 4 front virgin teeth and placed a 6 piece bridge with permanent cement. The bridge was pinching my gums causing constant pain. Went a a different dentist. Had to have the bridge sawed out of my mouth. Then 4 root canals that eventually failed! Had those 4 teeth pulled. Was told i COULD have implants. Implants were placed along with a partial. I believe Dr Bench lied so he could do the work and line his pockets! Beware!

Can NOT recommend them they ruined my mouth. In constant pain posts for holding plate placed wrong dentures never fitted properly had to go to Beachwood dentall an have all new denture made . Stil hsve studs in my jaw was told to remove would be major surgery

Not only was I impressed by the level of expertise of both Dr's Bench and Sereda, the support staff was equally impressive! From the moment I walked in the door they made me feel comfortable and I was in the chair at exactly my scheduled appointment time. They carefully explain everything they are doing and complete the work in a timely manor. With my schedule that's very important to me. If you want work done right the first time, there is no need to look any further!

I would NEVER recommend this office. Worst office EVER!!!!!! Their billing practices are shady. They OVERCHARGE. Check your explanation of benefits because they are RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

Had a great experience. Painless root canal and I was happy with all work.

Came 7 minutes late. Nobody was at the desk and I was waiting for a few minutes when a woman with short white hair asked for my name. She said that they already cancelled my appointment. I tried to explain that I was only 7 min late and that I've been waiting in the waiting room for several more min, but she was quite rude and said it didn't matter they were still not going to take me. Won't be coming back. Shame because I really like the dentist but that's not how you treat customers.
