Dr. Graf and his team was awesome, very friendly and gave me a beautiful smile. Financing was easy and Nikki the office manager went out of her way with all my questions

Best dental experience EVER
Dr Thomas Graf and staff were all amazingly efficient and personable. I was sooo anxious (two teeth pulled and bone graft to prep for implants) but they made the experience as comfortable as it could have been! (Ceiling tvs…communication with me…not much chatter with each other during op…means a lot!) Had another issue a month later-ended up needing a root canal. Dr Graf was so direct at explaining the situation and then performed the procedure in 20 mins! A wonderful experience during stressful time. You can tell Dr Graf runs the business well. Office mgr is amazing as are staff, from techs to front of the house. Don’t hesitate to seek treatment from Dr Graf!!

Impressed!
I went in for a consultation and left with confidence in what this team can do. Dr. Graf is excellent with the needle and take it from me I am very anxious about dental pain. I had two wisdom teeth extracted and I do not have nearly the pain level I have had with previous extractions. I am super impressed with everyone on his team, they are super friendly, super smart, and active listeners. He makes me proud to be in Ohio. :)
